Monthly Payment Terms & Agreement:

By selecting the Monthly Plan and completing your first payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to ALL of the following terms.

1. Subscription & Billing

1. Recurring Payments
   • Your chosen payment method will be charged $ 49.5 every month on the same calendar day as your initial payment (the “Billing Date”).
   • Charges recur automatically until the total course fee is paid in full, regardless of your level of participation.

2. Authorization
   • You authorize TCM Health Solutions. (or its payment processor) to store your payment details and debit the monthly fee on each Billing Date without further notice.

3. Taxes
   • Prices are exclusive of any applicable sales, VAT, GST, or similar taxes, which will be added where required by law.

2. Commitment & Non‑Cancellation

• Firm Commitment. By enrolling under the Monthly Plan, you commit to pay all scheduled monthly installments for the full course fee.

• No Cancellation. This plan cannot be canceled once the first payment is processed. Stopping attendance or accessing course materials does not waive your payment obligations.

• Transfer & Pause. Payments are non‑transferable and cannot be paused or deferred.

3. No Refund Policy

• All Sales Final. All payments—initial and subsequent—are non‑refundable for any reason, including non‑attendance, personal schedule changes, or dissatisfaction with course content.

4. Failed or Late Payments

• If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry up to two (2) times within seven (7) days.

• If payment is not received after retries, we may suspend your access until the outstanding balance is paid.

• A $10 USD late‑payment fee may be added to each overdue installment.

6. Program Changes

• We reserve the right to update course content, schedules, or delivery platforms. These changes do not entitle you to refunds, credits, or cancellation.

7. Conduct & Termination

• We foster a respectful learning environment. We may terminate your access without refund if you violate our Community Guidelines (e.g., harassment, sharing copyrighted materials). Your financial obligation for unpaid installments remains.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Course content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCM Health Solutions. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from course participation.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Canada and USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
